1) Tickets can be used on any one day of the show - don't worry if you have selected an incorrect day, as you can use it on any day of the booked event.
2) if you have booked tickets and have not received the confirmation email it may be due to your email host blocking our email. Please check your SPAM folder first as it may have been sent here in error. If you still haven't received the email confirmation please provide the following details:- email address supplied; booking reference number and date tickets booked.

Ticket Booking Questions & Answers
Q. I have entered a special offer code, but the discount has not worked
A. Ensure that you have entered the total number of tickets you require and the correct code (exactly as displayed) and click the Apply button
Q. I have clicked the Apply button, but the discount is still not working
A. Ensure that the discount code is valid i.e. the code is exactly as displayed and still in date. If it still does not work please email email@example.com
Q. I have clicked the wrong day I wish to attend the event, can I change it please?
A. Tickets are open and despite what day you have picked to come along to the event, you can attend on any day in which the show covers.
Q. I booked tickets last year online, but I don’t know my password
A. If you didn’t enter a password last time you booked tickets or are a new customer, please create a new customer account. Alternatively, existing customers can click on the forgotten your password link.
Q. Is the ticket booking system secure?
A. Yes, all information provided using this ticket booking system is processed using the latest SSL online protection
Q. I have booked my tickets but not received my ticket
A. It is possible to print tickets as soon as the payment is confirmed. Alternatively tickets will be emailed directly to the email address provided. Tickets will not be posted. Please note – please check your spam box if you cannot locate the email.
If you have entered an incorrect email OR have not received the e-ticket please email firstname.lastname@example.org with booking reference number.
Q. I am trying to book tickets online, but my system froze before payment is confirmed – what do I do?
A. If your connection fails before payment is confirmed please contact your bank immediately to see if payment was taken. If so, please contact email@example.com with details – DO NOT supply any card details via email. If no payment was taken, then the booking has been unsuccessful – please retry.
