Whilst booking my tickets I received an error message, what shall I do?
This usually happens when the server times out so try clearing your internet browsing history, emptying your shopping basket and trying again. Once you receive the error message no matter how many times you try to book your tickets after this it will keep failing - unless you delete your browsing history to clear the error from your computers memory. PLEASE NOTE - if you don't receive the e-ticket, don't worry we have access to copies at the relevant event... all we require is proof of ID
Whilst booking my tickets I selected the wrong day, can I change it?
Don't worry - our tickets are open and can be used on any day, despite which event day it states on the ticket. Please note ticket is only valid during that event time and cannot be used for an alternative event.
Can I bring my dog to the show?
We welcome all dogs to our outdoor events as long as they are kept on a lead at all times. No dogs are permitted at our indoor Festive Gift Shows.
When booking tickets, what constitutes as a Concession?
Our Concession ticket options are available for over 60s and students with a valid student card.
My Child is under 5, do they have to pay?
No it is free for all children under 5 to enter our events.
